Yoga spans beyond what you do on your mat, meeting you in the mundane and in the extraordinary. I cherish yoga as a way of moving through the world with more skillfulness, honesty, and compassion. Thanks to yoga, I have directly experienced more inner steadiness and an increased capacity for love. I hope my students feel this is possible in their lives, too. My teaching is rooted in an understanding that we are all interconnected and that personal healing contributes to collective wellbeing in ways that are visible and invisible, known and unknown.
